All International flights
Arrange your own flights to and from Buenos Aires. To join the Tour for this Sector you should arrive in Buenos Aires on 4 July 2007 and depart from Buenos Aires on 17 July 2007. If you are continuing on to Mexico City, you will need to arrange you own flight from Buenos Aires to Mexico City.
Advise the local co-ordinator of arrival date and time to arrange airport pickup.
Accommodation
Please contact the local co-ordinator to inform them of your accommodation needs. Either a booking will be made for you as part of group accommodation arrangements, or a list of options will be provided so you can organize you own booking. Payment will be required for all accommodation in Argentina
Travel within Argentina
Although road travel will be organised for you, payment for travel will be required. There is an internal flight from Mar del Plata to San Miguel de Tucuman. Contact the local co-ordinator to arrange this flight booking.
Activities
Buenos Aires 4 July, 2007
The Tour arrives in Buenos Aires on 4 July 2007.
The Tour will spend two days in Buenos Aires visiting devotees' homes, attending public programs and sight-seeing.
Mar del Plata 7 July, 2007
The Tour will then travel to the plains of the famous Argentine pampa at Mar del Plata, and from there the Tour travels to Sierra de los Padres for three days. In Mar del Plata there will be a public satsang on the first day and then a two day retreat which includes a Living Meditation intensive. Gurudev will also visit devotees' homes in Mar del Plata.
Buenos Aires 11 July, 2007
The Tour will return to Buenos Aires where there will be time for sightseeing. a public satsang will be held.
San Miguel de Tucuman 13 July, 2007
The Tour will fly to one of the oldest cities in Argentina, San Miguel de Tucuman, where there will be a public satsang.
Tafi Del Valle 13 July, 2007
There will be a public satsang in the evening, followed by a visit to the picturesque town of Tafi del Valle. The Tour will stay here for three days during which there will be a two day Living Meditation retreat. Before leaving Tafi del Valle, the Tour will visit the ruins of the Sanctuary of the Quilmes.
Buenos Aires 17 July, 2007
The Tour returns to San Miguel de Tucuman by road where magnificent mountain landscapes can be viewed. From here the Tour will fly back to Buenos Aires. There will be a farewell satsang and the Tour will depart the next day from Buenos Aires for Mexico City, Mexico on 18 July 2007.
