If you are planning to join any part of the Jayanti Tour you will need to:
Obtain a valid passport if you will be touring outside your country of citizenship.
Obtain a valid visa for each country you will be visiting.
Some countries will only issue a visa if your passport will be valid
for at least 6 months or more after your intended departure date from
that country.
If required, we can issue a letter
describing the purpose of the Jayanti Tour to assist you in obtaining
your visa. Your travel agent should be able to assist in ascertaining
visa requirements.
Book
flights or other transport arrangements to the Arrival point for the
Sector you are joining and from the Place of Departure for that
Sector.
If you are
joining the Tour for multiple consecutive Sectors you will need to also
book flights between Sectors unless the Tour is travelling by road or
rail. Please contact us if you are uncertain about the arrangements.
Inform
us by email (preferred) or by fax or letter of your dates of arrival
and departure / your flight numbers, flight arrival and departure times.
Take out travel insurance as medical expenses in many countries are very high.
Budget sufficient funds for the Sectors you wish to travel.
Everything possible is being done to make the tour affordable and
comfortable. Contact the local Sector coordinator for budgeting
guidance.
Bring appropriate clothes and other personal items.
The local coordinators can give guidance on climate and other local conditions.
